Refund Policy

Guida’s Milk & Ice Cream Company will issue credit for manufacturers defects.  These include leakers, products damaged during loading or delivery, and products that spoil while still in code. We have strict guidelines concerning quality, but on occasion we find it necessary to issue credit to customers who are faced with a specific hardship in their business.  These will continue to be handled on an as needed basis.
